• Game Format: Swiss System

• USCF Membership: Current USCF membership required for all sections, except Novice

• Registration and Entry fee: $45 by Oct 16, 11:59 PM, $55 after.

• Check-in: Arrival 15 minutes before the event is required for check-in

• Awards / Prizes:

  • Novice - Trophies for top 3. Medals for the rest of the participants.

  • Elementary - Trophies for top 3. Medals for 4th-10th place

  • Booster- Trophies for top 3. Medals for 4th-10th place

  • Reserve - Trophy + $100 for first place; trophies for 2nd and 3rd. Medals for 4th-10th place

• Awarding Ceremony: After each section completes and the final results become available, the awarding will follow.

• Equipment: Chess sets, clocks, and notation sheets provided​
